PAYMENT & DELIVERY POLICY

To ensure customer rights and facilitate a smooth purchasing process, Chien You establishes a clear and transparent Payment & Delivery Policy. All contents of this policy are consistently applied to all transactions between customers and the company, and serve as the basis for handling support requests throughout the purchasing process.

1. CHIEN YOU PAYMENT POLICY
1.1. Payment Methods
Customers shall make payments via bank transfer or other methods as mutually agreed by both parties. Any bank transfer fees (depending on the bank) shall be borne by the customer.
1.2. Payment Confirmation
Customer payments will be confirmed within 24 hours after the company receives the transferred amount.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
2.1. Delivery Methods
Chien You offers flexible delivery options to meet customer needs, including:
• Road transportation
• Sea freight
• Direct pickup at Chien You factory

2.2. Delivery Time & Conditions
Delivery time shall be carried out in accordance with the terms agreed in the contract or purchase order.
In certain objective cases, delivery may be delayed due to factors such as bad weather, traffic congestion, vehicle breakdowns, or other force majeure events.

2.3. Shipping Costs & Incentives
Shipping costs, applicable taxes, and incentives will be applied flexibly depending on specific customer groups.

2.4. Responsibilities During Transportation
The company delivers goods at the factory. Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy compared to the order must be reported to Chien You within 24 hours from receipt. After this period, the company shall not be responsible for any issues related to the delivered goods.
If customers choose and appoint their own transportation service upon receiving goods at the factory, they shall bear full responsibility for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage during transportation from the company’s warehouse to their destination. Customers will also be responsible for all transportation costs and any related losses.

2.5. Other Conditions
Chien You only delivers goods to the recipient specified in the sales contract and authorized documents issued by the customer’s company. In case of unclear changes regarding the recipient during delivery, we reserve the right to refuse delivery.

During holidays, special events, or when traffic restrictions apply (road closures, vehicle limitations), delivery time may be adjusted. Chien You will proactively contact customers to reschedule delivery, ensuring customer benefits and compliance with traffic regulations.
