Enterprises can easily maintain the vehicle, saving costs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #008000;\"><strong>Warranty terms:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The warranty period for all semi-trailers and various components is detailed in Appendix (A). Chien You Vietnam commits to fix all operating errors due to design errors and technical errors of the manufacturer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">To be covered by the warranty, the user must ensure that the semi-trailer is operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Potential defects or warranty claims must be reported in writing to Chien You Vietnam promptly and repairs may only be performed by Chien You Vietnam or a company approved by Chien You Vietnam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The decision to accept or reject the warranty belongs to Chien You Vietnam in case of failure of the warranty components will be provided by the supplier of the said component according to the warranty terms of these components.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The warranty does not cover problems and damages caused by prolonged or improper use, storage or operation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Any warranty is denied for failures due to force majeure, unforeseen circumstances or for any replacement or repair that may result from normal wear and tear of materials, from damage or from accidents arising from negligence, lack of supervision of regular inspection and maintenance and from improper use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Products with valid warranty period are calculated from the date of product
